WD-40 = Water Displacement on the 40th try. It displaces water. I tried this with a true lube and still nothing. But I did remove the latch, cleaned it and not it works perfect. Good video though. Straight to the point.

I use to just bypass those switches by connecting the 2 wires on the older models. Unfortunately there's 3 wires so I guess I have to order the part. This is usually the number 1 issue.

Wow, I was having the same freaking problem, changed out sensors and rewired the whole thing and kept getting the blinking lights. This video was very helpful and I an now shaking my head at chamberlain for not even mentioning this anywhere in the instructions. How hard is it to have soemone write detailed instructions for stuff like this. Thanks fot the video.
